Hi! I'm Theresa

I'm a certified nutrition coach with a background in Nursing specializing in women's health. I help busy women reach their health and nutrition goals. My goal is to empower women to develop a better relationship with food and become the best versions of themselves.

For years, I’ve personally struggled with diets that promised quick solutions and fast gains only to be disappointed by their temporary returns and unhealthy lifestyle. It wasn’t until I made an effort to change healthy habits into a lifestyle that I saw sustainable, long lasting progress on my health and fitness goals. I’ve found that these habit based changes make a tremendous impact on both physical and mental health.

Hi! I'm SAMANTHA

Samantha L. Rambo is a family nurse practitioner who has a passion for helping women lose weight and reverse chronic disease. While Samantha treats her patients holistically, helping them identify the root cause of their disorders or dysfunction, she does acknowledge that there is a time a place for modern medicine. Samantha has learned to find balance between modern medicine and alternative therapies with the end goals always being reverse the disorder, improve the symptoms, and reduce the number of pills or shots patients are taking.

Samantha has completed specialized training in hormone, sexual, and weight related disorders and holds an additional certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Samantha values building strong relationships built on trust and mutual respect with her clients. She does not follow a cookie cutter approach with her patient treatments but instead takes into consideration the uniqueness of every patient she cares for and builds a treatment plan with them based on their own unique individua needs and lifestyle.

Even though I can provide all the education, macros, fitness guidance, and accountability...the thing that makes the biggest impact:⁠

Self-love.⁠

I always hear "when I get to this goal weight I'll be happy!", but here's the thing...weight loss itself doesn't mean happiness !⁠ If you don't love yourself DURING the journey, and you do everything because you dislike your body. Sure, you might reach your goal weight/size...but you won't be truly happy. You won't feel 100% fulfilled. ⁠lt is so important to love yourself throughout the whole process and be patient and kind to yourself, because change takes time. & feeling truly happy takes work!⁠

You are worth the time, hard work and investment!⁠
